This Memorial Will Commemorate All Of The Brave
Servicemen And Women, Of All Branches Of
The United
States Military, Who Have Given Their Lives In Operations
Iraqi Freedom,
Enduring Freedom,
Desert Shield, and Desert Storm.
They Honor Their Fallen Comrades-In-Arms
A Nation Mourns
A Soldiers Prayer
When I am called to serve, Dear Lord, Wherever war may be,
Give me the courage to fight the battles, My country may ask of me.
Grace me with Your Presence, And know that I love You,
While I fight the enemy, My country needs me to.
Help me protect my comrades, As You expect me to,
And keep me in Your Loving Hands, While I do what I must do.
I want to do my duty, And to give the best in me,
To do what I've been called to do, And protect our liberty.
And if, according to Your Will, I must give up my life,
Please bless with Your protecting Hand, My children and my wife.
They Are More Than A Casualty Statistic
The Monument will consist of 8" x 11" laser etched portraits of each
"Fallen Hero"
When a photograph is not available, a 5" x 7" Plaque shall be positioned in it's
place.
This Memorial will be funded by donations from Patriotic businesses
and corporations in Texas
and individual donors who wish to show their respect
by embracing a
