United States Fallen Heroes Foundation - Petition
If you know a member of the United States Military or an employee of the United States Government,
who served in Desert Shield and Desert Storm and/or Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom, whom you believe should be placed on the United States Fallen Heroes Memorial, please submit the form and required information.
Eligibility:
Any member of the U.S. Armed Forces who served in Desert Shield or Desert Storm and died as a result of a combat injury, or a combat related illness, shall be eligible for placement on the United States Fallen Heroes Memorial.
Any man or woman who joined the U.S. Armed Forces after September 11, 2001 and died as a result of military training, combat injury, or a combat related illness shall be eligible for placement on the United States Fallen Heroes Memorial.
Any member of a United States Government Agency who served in Operations Desert Shield, Desert Storm, Desert Fox, Southern Watch, Iraqi Freedom, or Enduring Freedom.
